GROW and ADF unite to launch Operation Resilience – a bold new partnership for stronger, safer communities.

GROW is proud to announce the launch of Operation Resilience, a partnership with the ADF in the Northern Territory. This new partnership will provide peer-led programs to veterans and their families with the aim of building resilience and empowering recovery. The partnership forms part of Operation Thrive, a Northern Territory-wide initiative to support veterans and their families.

“This isn’t just a program; it’s a movement which will be delivered to veterans and their families to reimagine what real support looks like. GROW is proud to be joining forces with the ADF to support people towards connection, strength, and lasting recovery”, according to Elaine De Vos GROW’s National CEO.

GROW will deliver a suite of programs in the Territory starting in 2025 which will include programs for veterans and their families and a school program, Get Growing for school-aged students of the ADF.
