- Pack & Label your items – you can purchase a prepaid label or satchel at a Post Office. If your item is under 5kg and you’re sending within Australia, you can pay flat postage rates based on size with the If It Packs, It Posts packaging range.
- Drop off your parcel – Simply drop your parcel off at a convenient Street Posting Box, Post Office or Free 24/7 Parcel Locker.
There are over 20,000 drop off points Australia wide. And remember, you can access over 15,000 of these 24/7.

– Item(s) must be unworn, in new condition with packaging.
– Fill in the returns form that is located in your parcel. If you have misplaced your returns form you can print a new one here. Once filled in, place in your return parcel.
– Cost is a flat postage rates based on size with the If It Packs, It Posts packaging range from Australia Post.
– Drop off parcel at your local post office within 30 days of receiving your order.
Important: All returns must be posted and cannot be visited in person.
Once your returned merchandise is received, we will credit your original form of payment. Refunds will be credited for the purchase price (less postage). Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your refund to reflect on your account statement.
