GROW’s Expansion in the Northern Rivers and Mid North Coast of NSW
We are pleased to announce that from 7th April 2026, GROW has expanded its mental health recovery services across Northern NSW and the Mid North Coast region. As a result of this expansion, GROW will be able to provide residential and transitional housing to an additional 160 clients. This significant milestone represents an important step in GROW’s continued growth and reflects our commitment to strengthening service delivery across New South Wales.
This expansion builds on GROW’s long‑standing experience and strong track record in residential care, ensuring continuity of support for individuals and families in the region while strengthening the stability and sustainability of the broader service system.
CEO Elaine De Vos shared her enthusiasm for this next chapter, noting that “this marks a step toward a stronger, more sustainable GROW that can better support the communities we serve.” She acknowledged the dedication of staff across the organisation and highlighted the importance of the new team members joining GROW, emphasising that this expansion reflects the trust placed in us and the consistently high standard of care delivered by our teams.
Over the coming weeks, we will work closely with local teams, partners and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition. Our priority remains clear: to maintain high‑quality support, uphold continuity for the people who rely on these services, and provide a stable environment for staff and participants throughout the change process.
