GROW is proud to announce the commencement of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)—a significant and heartfelt commitment to strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities, and organisations.

Our Reflect RAP marks a deeper step forward. It forms part of our larger program of work to deliver cultural safety to all people who are part of the GROW community. It will guide us to embed respect, listening, and action across all aspects of our work. Through genuine partnerships, cultural learning, and creating meaningful opportunities, GROWaims to play a stronger role in advancing reconciliation across Australia.
