Our Rainbow Grow Group is a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for members of the LGBTIQA+ community to connect, share, and grow together.

Like all Grow groups, the Rainbow Group follows our 12-step program of personal growth, mutual help, and peer support, with a special focus on the unique experiences and strengths of LGBTIQA+ individuals.

No referral or diagnosis is needed, and participation is free and confidential. These groups are non-clinical and are run by peers with lived experience. Whether you’re exploring your mental health journey or supporting others on theirs, you’ll be met with understanding, acceptance, and hope.

Thanks to Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network for funding us to expand our reach to better support mental health and wellbeing within the LGBTIQA+ community.
