Our Programs
GROW is a community-based organisation that has helped thousands of Australians with their recovery from mental ill-health through a unique program of mutual support and personal development.
The Grow Program is based on a 12-step program of personal growth of mutual help and support. The program is all-inclusive and draws on many principles for mental, social and spiritual health.
Our eGrow Groups run the same as the Grow Program. The only difference is we meet using Zoom and the program is offered online.
This program has been successfully providing a structured rehabilitation service for people with co-existing drug, alcohol and mental health issues for over 30 years.
Welcome to Grow orientation sessions give you the opportunity to learn more about our program and how it can support
your mental health.
Growing Resilience is a free online peer-to-peer program to help you improve your mental health and build resilience in times of high distress.
The Get Growing program is a specialised program for school-aged participants. The Get Growing program is based on the Australian Curriculum.
Find a Group
Our meetings take place in a safe, caring and confidential way, whether the meetings are face-to-face, or online, known as eGrow groups. Our members meet weekly and follow the Group Method.
At each meeting, GROW members will have opportunities to share any of their life challenges or issues, but this is your choice. Some first-time members may choose not to speak or share, and that’s okay.
There’s no pressure.
Our peer-to-peer support groups provide a safe and understanding space where people from all backgrounds can connect, share, and grow together.
We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported. No matter your background, ability, or personal journey, you are always welcome at GROW. Our 2024 Annual Members Survey shows that 9% of our members identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander, 11% as LGBTQI, and 20% as part of a Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) community.
Join us in building a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
