If you need support for your mental well-being, GROW can help. We encourage new members to come along and see if it’s for them. There’s no obligation to continue if you feel it’s not for you.

Call 1800 558 268 and we’ll help you take the next steps. You may bring a support person (friend, family member) with you to your first three meetings.

This group will be relocating to Altona and the LAST meeting at Duke street will be on Monday 9th November 2026.
Please check Altona group for future meeting details.
